However, address changes may not be possible for orders that have already been shipped.

As each order is individually crafted upon purchase, exchanges and refunds are not available. Please carefully check the size, ring measurement, material, and other details before placing your order.

Once an order is confirmed, the production process begins immediately with the purchase of natural gemstones, diamonds, and pure gold, making modifications and cancellations impossible.
